A HARBERGER BILLBOARD · 100 SLOTS · FOREVER

ONE HUNDRED SLOTS.
NAME YOUR PRICE.
ANYONE CAN PAY IT.

Every slot shows a token and the price its holder declared in public. Pay that price and the slot is yours in one transaction, the holder cannot refuse. Holding streams a continuous rent that burns and flows back to the community. Zero to the team, forever.

SECTION 01

Three rules, carved in the contract

No admin key can change them. No governance can vote on them. They are the whole protocol.

01

Name your price

You declare what your slot is worth, in public. That number is your rent base and your exit price at once. Price low and you pay little, but anyone can take it. Price high and you are safe, but you bleed. There is no comfortable position.

02

Anyone can pay it

Any wallet can capture any slot at its declared price, instantly. No refusal, no delay, no negotiation. The seller keeps 100% of the price plus the unused deposit. Rotation is the product, so rotation is never taxed.

03

Rent flows back

Holding streams a rent of a few percent per week on your own declared price, second by second, from a deposit. Half burns forever. Half goes to staked holders. The team takes zero, and no key can ever change that.

No labels. Only amounts.

The board never says verified, safe or recommended. It states one fact: someone pays X per week to show you this token, and has paid for N days. A label can be gamed. A payment stream cannot. When a project dies, its holder stops paying, the slot forecloses, and the board cleans itself. No moderator, no list, no judgement.

SECTION 02

Why the board stays honest

Self assessed prices sound naive until you attach a tax to them. Then lying gets expensive in both directions.

Two rules that cannot be separated

Declare your own price without the duty to sell, and everyone declares zero. Force sales at a price you did not choose, and it is expropriation. Together they form the Harberger property: the only way to pay little is to accept losing the slot, and the only way to keep it is to accept paying. Lying about value becomes impossible by construction.

The price anchors itself

PMAX = R / ( r + y )
R weekly revenue routed to the slot r rent rate per week y return the holder demands

Every trade that goes through the board pays a small discovery fee, half of it back to the slot it came from. A slot therefore has a measurable revenue. Above P the holder bleeds every week and lowers. Below it, someone captures the gap. The price is anchored by arithmetic, not by mood.

Day one is an event

At launch the hundred slots open in simultaneous dutch auctions. Prices fall from high until each slot finds its taker. Arriving early gives no edge, it only means paying more. The grid fills in public, live, and three numbers start counting and never stop: the sum of the hundred declared prices, the lifetime rent collected, and the amount burned. None of them can be faked.
